The RHS Panthers just got back from their 3rd annual XC camp at Diamond Lake.  We had about 30 kids and the help of 8 adults.  We left Redmond Monday August 10th and returned on Thursday August 13th.  Four days and three nights of running and bonding to kick off the season right.  Many got the chance to run/hike/walk/jog up Mt Thielson for a 2 hour run on Tuesday.  On Wednesday we went to Crater Lake for a swim in the 1000 ft. deep, 38 degree water.  Quite refreshing!  We got to swim in Diamond Lake as well and had the great opportunity to enjoy each others' company.  We got to see a couple of movies, make T-shirts and kick the season off in an excellent fashion.  Thank you sooooooooooo much to Rick and Linda Little for allowing us the use of your cabin.  Thanks to Alice Long for the devoted help planning and serving our kids.  Thanks to Jodi, Alan and Mrs. Hull.  None of this could have happened w/o your support.  Keep up the work team, see you at Smith Rock Tuesday night at 5pm...
